01 User Eligibility

The 100cuc platform is intended solely for individuals who meet the following requirements. You are fully responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful under the regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

• You must be aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform.
• You are registering and playing in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any commercial entity or third party.
• You are not currently on a self-exclusion list or enrolled in any recognised gambling restriction programme.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not accessing this platform from any jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits online gambling.

02 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the 100cuc platform. Holding more than one account is a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being terminated without any compensation.

• The information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address must match your valid identification documents.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification will be required before your first withdrawal or whenever 100cuc deems it necessary. Accepted documents include a valid national ID, passport, or driver's license.
• 100cuc reserves the right to reject registration applications or suspend existing accounts that show signs of fraud or suspicious activity.
• You may not transfer or sell your account to any other party under any circumstances.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 100cuc platform are processed through secure and trusted payment methods. We support a variety of local payment options, making it convenient for players in Malaysia to deposit and withdraw with ease.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method. The latest limits can be checked on the platform's Deposit page.
• All deposits must be made from an account or payment method registered in your own name. 100cuc does not accept payments from third parties.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed once all KYC verification requirements are met and there are no outstanding wagering requirements.

• Bonus funds and real money are managed separately. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.

05 Game Rules

• The outcome of all games using a Random Number Generator (RNG) is final and cannot be disputed once a round is complete. Our RNG has been certified by an accredited independent body.

06 User Conduct

• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors for personal gain is a serious violation that may result in account termination and forfeiture of the account balance.
• Player collusion to cheat the system in table games or live games is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
• Users are not permitted to share their login credentials, password, or account information with anyone, including family members.

07 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, regardless of whether they were carried out by you or by any other party who gains access.

08 Liability Limits

09 Account Termination

A 100cuc account may be closed either at the user's request or at 100cuc's discretion under certain circumstances.

• You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid cash balance will be returned once all reviews are completed.
• 100cuc reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in the event of a terms and conditions breach, fraudulent activity, or any other reason deemed justified by management.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormant account management fee. Users will be notified in advance via their registered email before any charges are applied.
• Once an account has been terminated due to a terms violation, the user in question is not permitted to re-register using different information.
